Day 2...

Not as good of a day.

  • 2 shakes
  • 1 bowl of mac and cheese
  • 1 small bowl of top ramen
  • chips
  • slushy

Day 1

Today is a new day of eating better and getting into good shape! So here is to Day 1.....

  • I had 3 protein shakes
  • 1 bowl of spaghetti
  • 4 80z glasses of water

Me and the kids also went on a walk around the block.
